Alternate History 1941 Batman movie by Fritz Lang

This is an alternate history idea if the famous German director Fritz Lang who directed the classic films Metropolis and “M”, directed a Batman movie in 1941, fresh after the Batman comic series was first being made in 1939. I used a modified Batman symbol from Batman Chronicles (1995) because it looks similar in design to the old 1930s-1940s Batman logos. I added the eyes to give the symbol some physical nature to it. Here is the original that I modified  into the version: 

In the alternate history the film would be filmed in colour film, as real films at the time were being made in colour, such as The Wizard of Oz (1939).
